Beth K. Flowers is the founder of Flowers Law, LLC. She focuses her practice in estate planning and administration, real estate law and business law. Beth has been practicing in Madison County, Illinois since 2006.
Beth works with clients in establishing wills and trusts, estate and gift tax planning, trust administration, real estate transactions and corporate and business law. She practices principally in the areas of death and disability planning (wills, trusts, estate and gift taxes, and powers of attorney), probate administration, real estate matters and business entity formation. Beth spends a great deal of her time helping executors and trustees administer estates and trusts during the difficult time after the passing of a loved one in an effort to make the administration process as smooth and uneventful as possible.
Beth is actively involved in the community. She served on the Board of Directors for Faith in Action, Edwardsville chapter for 9 years. She is also a member of the Land of Goshen Rotary (Madison County) where she has served on the Board of Directors for several years. She is currently a board member for Hospice of Southern Illinois and Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois.

Megan believes in giving back to her community to touch a future beyond what we will ever see. Previously, Megan served on the Board Development Committee for the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois for three years. She is currently a Master Gardener through the University of Illinois Extension and is on the Board of Directors for the Madison County Extension Education Foundation, as well as the Fundraising Chair. Megan attends First Baptist Church in Maryville where she leads a small group and is involved with various mission projects.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, gardening, crocheting, volunteering, traveling and watching baseball.
